The practice of law is notoriously paper intensive, we are proud of our efforts to minimize the footprint of the firm and conduct our operations in a way that is sustainable and environmentally friendly. We have a number of environmentally friendly policies, including:

• Conducting depositions by televphone where possible to reduce air travel
• Filing USPTO documents electronically
• Recycling used paper and plastic
• Recycling toner ink
• Reducing paper consumption by agreeing to serve and receive documents by email whenever practical
• Using an email fax service to reduce fax paper consumption
• Using shared terminal computers to reduce electricity use in our network
• Supporting an employee bike-to-work program
• Metro accessible office location for clients and employees
